CRISPR-Type Effector Nuclease Csm6: When activated by cyclic adenylation molecules or linear adenine homopolymers with 2',3'-cyclic phosphates at the ends, the trans-cleavage activity of LwaCas13a or PsmCas13b produces cleavage products with hydroxylated 5' ends and products with 2',3'-cyclic phosphate ends, which can activate Csm6. Csm6 can cleave the Reporter with polyA.
