Description
dFnCas12a is a mutant engineered from wild-type FnCas12a endonuclease. This mutant exhibits nearly undetectable cis-cleavage activity against target DNA and trans-cleavage activity against ssDNA, retaining only the target DNA-binding capacity. This product is nuclease-free and can be used in experiments investigating the binding of Cas proteins to target DNA.
