Description

Dendrobium Total RNA/DNA Extraction Kit (Magnetic Bead Method) utilizes the principle of nucleic acid binding with magnetic beads under specific buffer conditions to enrich nucleic acids in a magnetic field; the cracking solution contains a high concentration of polysaccharide and polyphenol remover, suitable for purifying DNA and RNA from Dendrobium.

This reagent is compatible with fully automated nucleic acid extraction instruments.
