Description
Blood RNA Extraction Kit (Magnetic Bead Method) utilizes a lysis solution to rapidly release RNA from samples. Magnetic beads bind to RNA under specific buffer conditions and enrich RNA under the influence of a magnetic field. Compared to RNA collection using columns, the total RNA obtained contains small RNA fragments, and the yield of RNA is significantly higher than that obtained using column-based methods. When the sample volume is small, DEPC water can be used to dissolve the RNA in a small volume to increase the RNA concentration.
This reagent is compatible with fully automated nucleic acid extraction instruments.
