All products have special prices for bulk purchase, please contact for more details if required.
Description
The HEK293 Host Cell Residual DNA Fragment Analysis Kit is designed for the quantitative analysis of residual DNA fragment size distribution from HEK293 host cells in intermediates, semi-finished, and finished biological products.
This kit applies probe-based quantitative fluorescence PCR (qPCR), with primer–probe sets targeting four fragment lengths (80 bp, 147 bp, 267 bp, and 381 bp). It enables accurate quantification of the size distribution of residual HEK293 DNA fragments in samples. The kit offers high specificity, rapid detection, stable performance, and a detection limit down to the femtogram (fg) level.
A specially formulated lysis buffer is included, developed for recombinant vector products. For samples such as AAV, LV, and AdV, DNA extraction and purification are not required—simple dilution and lysis are sufficient for direct use as PCR templates.
The kit also incorporates a dUTP/UDG anti-contamination system, effectively eliminating contamination from PCR amplicon aerosols.
