Description

The CHO Host Cell Residual DNA Detection Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative analysis of residual CHO (Chinese Hamster Ovary) host cell DNA in intermediates, semi‑finished, and finished biological products.

This kit applies probe‑based quantitative fluorescence PCR (qPCR) to accurately measure residual CHO DNA in samples. It provides high specificity, rapid detection, stable performance, and a detection limit down to the femtogram (fg) level.

The kit includes a CHO DNA quantitative reference standard, traceable to the national standard, ensuring precise quantification of residual DNA in test samples.

Note: This kit does not contain ROX reference dye. If your qPCR instrument requires ROX, it must be purchased separately.

Required Equipment and Materials

• Instruments: Pipettes, vortex mixer, microcentrifuge, qPCR instrument
• Consumables: EP tubes, PCR tubes, 8-strip tubes, sterile pipette tips

Precautions

• Please read this manual carefully before use and follow the instructions strictly.
• Mix each component thoroughly and briefly centrifuge before use.
• Perform sample preparation and reagent setup in separate areas of a clean bench.
• Return reagents to the recommended storage conditions promptly after use; avoid prolonged exposure to room temperature or high temperatures.
• Ensure all consumables (EP tubes, PCR tubes, pipette tips, etc.) are sterile and nuclease-free.
