Description
SBSOrganoid™ Anti-Adhesion Rinse Solution (also referred to as Anti-Adhesion Washing Solution) is a convenient and efficient reagent designed to reduce nonspecific adhesion between cells or tissues and laboratory consumables such as centrifuge tubes, culture dishes, and multiwell plates. By lowering surface tension, it minimizes unwanted cell adhesion and improves experimental reliability. This product is part of the SBSOrganoid™ organoid culture medium series.
Organoids are complex three-dimensional (3D) structures cultured in vitro that recapitulate the architecture and function of their corresponding organs or tissues in vivo. More strictly defined, organoids are 3D cell cultures derived from stem cells or progenitor cells, serving as in vitro platforms to mimic multiple aspects of organ development and function. During organoid formation, cells self-organize and differentiate into functional microtissues, simulating real organ development. This process is regulated by cell sorting and spatially restricted lineage commitment, requiring activation of diverse signaling pathways mediated by intrinsic cellular components and extrinsic factors such as extracellular matrix and culture medium.
Features
- No impact on cell or organoid growth: Tested to be biocompatible, with no interference in cell viability, organoid morphology, or function.
- Enhanced recovery and reliability: Significantly improves cell recovery rates during organoid culture, passaging, and cryopreservation, while preserving organoid structure and functionality.
- Broad applicability: Suitable for rapid anti-adhesion treatment of various laboratory consumables, including pipettes, centrifuge tubes, culture dishes/plates, and cell strainers.
- Ready-to-use convenience: Supplied as a sterile, ready-to-use solution, eliminating the need for preparation, sterilization, or additional processing. Saves time and greatly improves experimental efficiency.
- High quality and stability: Manufactured in GMP-like facilities, ensuring consistent batch-to-batch quality and stable composition.
Storage Conditions
- Store at 4 °C.
- Shelf life: 2 years.
Precautions
- When using this product, aseptic techniques must be observed to avoid contamination.
- If turbidity, precipitation, or other abnormalities are observed in the culture medium during use, the product must not be used further.
- This product is also applicable to preventing cell adhesion occurring in other cell or tissue cultures; simply pre-rinse the inner surface of the container according to the instructions.
- After rinsing with this product, organoid seeding, culture, passaging, or cryopreservation should be carried out immediately.
- This product is intended for use by professionals in scientific research only. It must not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, must not be used in food or pharmaceuticals, and must not be stored in ordinary residences.
- For your safety and health, please wear a laboratory coat and disposable gloves when handling.
