Description

PureRNA Stabilization Solution is an aqueous, non-toxic tissue preservation solution that can rapidly permeate the cytoplasm of fresh tissue cells, stabilizing and protecting the RNA within the cells in situ under non-freezing conditions. Immersing tissue sections in RNAfixer immediately after removal does not affect the quality and quantity of RNA extraction in the future. RNAfixer eliminates the inconvenience of RNA samples needing to be processed immediately or requiring liquid nitrogen preservation. After immersion in RNAfixer, RNA in fresh tissue cells can be preserved intact at 37°C for one day, at 25°C for one week, at 4°C for one month, and long-term at -20°C or -80°C. RNA virus samples (such as HCV and HIV) can be preserved at 37°C for one month.

Storage

The shelf life at room temperature (18-25°C) is 12 months. If precipitation or separation is observed upon use, it can be heated at 37°C to dissolve again without affecting the quality of the product.
