Description
This product utilizes chromatographic sandwich assay for rapid detection of nucleic acid amplification products. It detects signals by recognizing Cas protein activation through crRNA.
Reporter Design
In designing the reporter, one end is labeled with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) or 6-Carboxyfluorescein (6-FAM), and the other end is labeled with Biotin.
Operating Steps
- According to the number of tests, take out the corresponding test strips, mark the experimental groups on the cartridge, each strip can only perform one test;
- Take 2 µL of nucleic acid amplification product and add 78 µL of diluent, mix well; (Optimize according to specific experiments, take 1-10 µL of reaction product and dilute with diluent in a centrifuge tube 9-200 times)
- Take 70 µL of diluted reaction product and drop it into the sample well. Record the test results in the interpretation area within 5 minutes;
- After recording the test results, seal the test strip and discard it in a safe place.
Storage
- Transport conditions: Ambient temperature during transportation;
- Storage conditions: Store at 4~30°C, protect from light, store in a dry and well-ventilated area, avoid moisture;
- Shelf life: 24 months.
