The Cas13a and crRNA form a functional complex that "slides" along the target nucleic acid sequence. Upon successful pairing, Cas13a is specifically activated and cleaves the surrounding reporter molecules. This kit combines isothermal amplification technology with Cas13a, featuring high sensitivity, high specificity, and a high signal-to-noise ratio.
