Description
Cas13a and crRNA form a functional complex that "slides" along the target nucleic acid sequence. Upon successful pairing, Cas13a is specifically activated and cleaves surrounding reporter molecules. This kit combines isothermal amplification technology with Cas13a, offering high sensitivity, high specificity, and a high signal-to-noise ratio. It is widely used in molecular diagnostics for rapid and accurate detection of pathogens.
