Lyophilized Recombinase Polymerase Amplification (RPA) kits supported by a full isothermal enzyme toolkit

Our core offering is a lyophilized Recombinase Polymerase Amplification (RPA) kit, designed for rapid, isothermal nucleic acid amplification of DNA and RNA targets. The freeze-dried formulation integrates all essential reaction components into a single, stable format, enabling simplified molecular diagnostic workflows, improved reagent stability, and easy transport for decentralized and field-based applications.

To ensure robust assay performance and flexibility, our RPA system is supported by a comprehensive enzyme platform, including key functional proteins such as T4 UvsX Recombinase, T4 UvsY Protein, T4 Gene 32 Protein, Bsu DNA Polymerase, Sau DNA Polymerase, Exonuclease III, Bst DNA/RNA Polymerase, and Endonuclease IV, which collectively enable efficient strand invasion, DNA synthesis, and reaction control in isothermal amplification systems.
