PEG‑Based High‑Toughness 3D Printing Bioink
Description
The PEG‑based high‑toughness 3D printing bioink is formulated from o‑nitrobenzyl–modified polyethylene glycol (PEGNB), methacrylated hyaluronic acid (HAMA), a photoabsorber, and a phosphate‑buffered aqueous solution. Sterile and ready‑to‑use, this bioink is fully compatible with DLP and LCD bioprinting systems.
Leveraging the rapid photocrosslinking capability of PEGNB, the bioink enables efficient printing while maintaining excellent biocompatibility for biomedical applications. Its hallmark feature is the formation of exceptionally strong and durable hydrogel structures, providing outstanding mechanical stability suitable for load‑bearing or long‑term constructs. The formulation also offers smooth printability and user‑friendly operation, achieving micron‑level precision for intricate and high‑resolution designs.
These combined advantages make this bioink an ideal choice for fabricating complex biomedical models, high‑strength tissue‑engineering scaffolds, and advanced functional hydrogel systems.
