T7 Single Strand Binding Protein is derived from T7 phage gene 2.5, also known as T7 gp2.5, and participates in the replication, recombination, and repair of T7 phage DNA. The protein can combine with the single-stranded DNA template, interact with T7 DNA polymerase and helicase/initiator, and obtain DNA up to 40kb through loop rolling amplification. The product is obtained by recombinant expression and purification through genetic engineering.

Description

T7 Single Strand Binding Protein is derived from T7 phage gene 2.5, also known as T7 gp2.5, and participates in the replication, recombination, and repair of T7 phage DNA. Applications

  • Improve the extension ability of DNA polymerase
  • Stabilize and label ssDNA structure
  • Increase the yield and specificity of PCR reaction
  • Increase the production and extension ability of reverse transcription in RT-PCR
  • Improve DNA sequencing of strong secondary structure regions

 

Storage

The minimum shelf life is 3 years at -20°C.

  • Storage Buffer: 20mM Tris-HCl (pH7.5), 200mM NaCl, 5mM DTT, 25% glycerol.
