Description

Reconstitution

  • Briefly centrifuge the vial before opening

  • Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1–1.0 mg/mL

  • Prepare aliquots and store at ≤ –20 °C

  • Use within 1 week if stored at 4 °C

 

Storage

  • 4 °C: stable for up to 3 years

  • Room temperature: stable for at least 2 weeks

Note: Avoid microbial contamination after reconstitution.
