Storage Conditions
For long-term storage, please keep it below -20°C (valid for 12 months). The repeated freezing and thawing of the product for 10 times will not affect the performance, but repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided.
Due to the high concentration of sugar components in the products, the enzyme stored at -20°C may have crystals when it is melted. If the enzyme is melted at 30°C, a high temperature may lead to the reduction of hot start performance. Once melted, it is recommended to store the product at 2-8°C. Under this condition, the product can be stored stably for 6 months.
