Description
Besta™ Low Melting Point Agarose is a specially modified agarose designed to produce an ultra-fine gel matrix with exceptional resolution, making it ideal for DNA/RNA electrophoresis. It remains stable below 65 °C, allowing easy gel melting—perfect for DNA/RNA recovery. The gel remains fluid at temperatures below 37 °C, enabling in-gel enzymatic reactions, tissue culture, cell cloning, and viral plaque assays. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
