Description

This kit can help you quickly isolate the target protein from a cell-free system, facilitating subsequent experiments. Protein Purification Kit (Ni Beads) is ideal for purifying cell-free systems larger than 200 µL, while Protein Purification Kit (Magnetic Beads) is better suited for systems larger than 50 µL.

Components

• Ni beads: 750 µL
• Incubation buffer: 6 mL
• Wash buffer: 22.5 mL
• Elution buffer: 3 mL
• Equilibration buffer: 3 mL

Storage

Store at 4°C in an airtight container.

Precautions

• Wear latex gloves and goggles during operation to avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing, and prevent inhalation. If contact with skin or eyes occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water or saline and seek medical advice if necessary.
• During storage, magnetic beads should be protected from freezing, drying, and high-speed centrifugation, as these can damage the structure of the beads and severely affect their protein-binding capacity.
• Before using magnetic beads, gently and thoroughly shake them to maintain a uniform suspension.
