Description

PrimeSeq DNA Library Prep Kit v1 plus for Illumina is a targeted DNA library construction kit designed specifically for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platforms. This kit allows for the preparation of DNA libraries from various double-stranded DNA sources, including extracted or purified genomic DNA, fragmented DNA, and DNA products from polymerase chain reactions (PCR), among others. It involves processes such as optional DNA fragmentation, DNA end-repair, A-tailing, and ligation to attach Illumina sequencing adapters, enabling the DNA to be suitable for PCR amplification and rapidly obtaining Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) libraries compatible with the Illumina sequencing platform. The kit covers a input range from 0.1ng to 600ng, and can be utilized for efficient library preparation in research projects such as whole-genome sequencing, targeted capture sequencing, and transcriptome cDNA sequencing.
