Description
PrimeIAmp™ RT-LAMP-CRISPR RNA Fluorescence Detection Kit (One-Step Method) utilizes CRISPR/Cas12b technology to achieve highly sensitive and specific pathogen detection in a single step. The system works through an integrated mechanism: first, the sgRNA-guided Cas12b complex binds target sequences and activates trans-cleavage activity to cut surrounding single-stranded DNA; simultaneously, the incorporated reverse transcriptase and PrimeIAmp™ Bst DNA polymerase enable rapid RNA amplification. This synergistic combination of CRISPR targeting and isothermal amplification technologies delivers exceptional performance for one-step pathogen detection with superior sensitivity and specificity.
