Description
PrimeIAmp™ LAMP Isothermal Amplification Kit utilizes PrimeIAmp™ Bst DNA Polymerase to rapidly amplify DNA through an isothermal process. PrimeIAmp™ Bst DNA polymerase is an evolved version of standard Bst DNA polymerase (DNA polymerase I from Geobacillus stearothermophilus), possessing strong polymerase activity and robust strand displacement capability, while lacking 3’-5’ exonuclease activity. Additionally, it exhibits excellent thermal stability, making it highly suitable for rapid, efficient, and specific LAMP amplification.
