PrimeIAmp™ LAMP-CRISPR DNA Fluorescence Detection Kit (One-Step Method) combines CRISPR/Cas12b technology with PrimeIAmp™ Bst DNA polymerase to enable rapid, one-step pathogen detection through a dual mechanism: first, the sgRNA-guided Cas12b system specifically binds target sequences and becomes activated to perform trans-cleavage of surrounding single-stranded DNA; second, simultaneous isothermal amplification by PrimeIAmp™ Bst DNA polymerase significantly enhances detection signals. This innovative integration achieves exceptional sensitivity and specificity that surpasses conventional detection methods, providing a powerful tool for accurate pathogen identification in a single streamlined workflow.
