Prime T7 RNA Polymerase

Prime T7 RNA polymerase has high specificity for T7 phage promoters and can use it as a promoter and DNA as a template for the synthesis of sense-stranded RNA in vitro. Both linear plasmids and PCR product double-stranded DNA can be used as substrate templates for Prime T7 RNA polymerase. Prime T7 RNA polymerase has been engineered by electronic reconstruction and library screening. Compared to the wild type, the enzyme has a higher affinity for the DNA template binding region, enabling it to have a sustained synthesis ability, resulting in higher yields and easier synthesis of long fragments of RNA. The enzyme is a recombinant purified product without DNase and RNase contamination.

Description

Storage

The minimum shelf life is 2 years at - 20°C. If there are white precipitates, please use the enzyme after a warm bath at 37°C for 5 minutes. This will not affect the performance.
