Description

Mouse CD8+ Cell Isolation Kit (Positive Selection) is designed to isolate CD8+ cells from single-cell suspensions of mouse spleen cells or other tissues. The principle involves using a CD8 Capture Antibody to mark CD8+ cells, followed by capturing the target cells with Releasable Beads. The magnetic beads are then dissociated from the cell surface using Release Buffer, resulting in mouse CD4+ cells without magnetic bead labeling. The isolated CD8+ cells can be used in downstream molecular biology and cell biology experiments.
