Description

This kit is compatible with various NGS sequencing platforms such as Illumina and MGI. It consists of premix modules required for end repair, A-tailing, adapter ligation, and high-fidelity PCR enrichment in DNA library construction. By using different platform-specific adapters and sequencing primer kits, it can prepare fragmented DNA, cfDNA, FFPE, and other samples into DNA libraries suitable for multiple NGS platforms. The kit is easy to use, provides stable library yields, and ensures high-quality DNA libraries.

Each enzyme component in the kit is derived from Escherichia coli strains carrying recombinant enzymes.
