Description

This product is a 2× concentrated qPCR amplification premix solution, containing gene-modified hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, a mixture of dNTPs, UNG enzyme, dUTP, buffer, and other necessary components for PCR amplification (excluding template and primers). When used, only the template and primers need to be added to the amplification system to perform PCR, greatly simplifying the operation process, reducing the operation time, and lowering contamination (reducing the number of pipetting steps). Additionally, due to the presence of enhancers in the system, it can significantly enhance the sensitivity of PCR amplification. It is also possible to directly add blood or cell samples for amplification without DNA extraction. The amplified products have -dA overhangs.
