Description

Gene Construction Pro Kit utilizes efficient homologous recombination principles to recombine multiple fragments into desired fragments based on homologous recognition sequences. It can be used for one-step cloning of target fragments, multi-fragment recombination, and multi-point mutations. Suitable for complex multi-fragment construction with highly accurate end fidelity, allowing construction within 10 fragments.

Storage

2.5x GC-Pro buffer is prone to inactivation upon repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and should be stored at -20°C for 12 months after aliquoting; Em enhancer and 2xSuper PCR Mix can be stored at -20°C for 12 months.
