Due to its unique head-to-tail circular structure, circRNA is less susceptible to degradation by nucleases, resulting in a longer half-life compared to linear RNA molecules.
Due to the complex mechanism of circRNA circularization, successfully constructing a plasmid does not guarantee that the circRNA will circularize properly in cells. We charge according to the following rules.
