Description

Total Protein Extraction Kit can be used to extract total protein from mammalian tissues and cells. The extraction process is simple and efficient, involving the homogenization and lysis of tissues or cells with a lysis buffer containing protease inhibitors. The obtained total protein can be used for subsequent studies such as Western Blot and IP, but it is not suitable for studies involving protein kinase and phosphatase immunoprecipitation.

Storage

Store at -20°C. This kit is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Notes

• All utensils and reagents that come into contact with the samples must be pre-cooled, and the samples should be kept at a low temperature throughout the process.
• After protein extraction, if necessary, dialysis can be performed to remove surfactants.
• Additional protease inhibitors can be added as needed for your experiment.
• Avoid contact of reagents with skin or mucous membranes during the experiment.
