Tissue-type plasminogenactivator·Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 complex (tPAI.C) Reagent (CL)
$400.00 - $26,665.00
tPAI.C is a complex formed by tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) in a 1:1 ratio. It serves as a comprehensive marker reflecting the fibrinolytic system and endothelial cell damage, playing a crucial role in the process of venous thrombus formation.

Description
This reagent is used to measure the concentration of tissue plasminogen activator·plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 complex (tPAI.C) in human plasma. tPAI.C is a complex formed by tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) in a 1:1 ratio. It serves as a comprehensive marker reflecting the fibrinolytic system and endothelial cell damage, playing a crucial role in the process of venous thrombus formation.
Principal
tPAI.C in the sample binds to the tPAI.C antibody in reagent R1, followed by binding to the tPAI.C antibody in reagent R2, forming an antibody-antigen-antibody complex. The complex generates a luminescent signal through the aminoluciferin label on the tPAI.C antibody in reagent R2. The intensity of the luminescent signal is directly proportional to the concentration of tPAI.C in the sample within a certain range. By measuring the intensity value and referring to the calibration curve, the tPAI.C content in plasma can be calculated.
Storage
Store in a tightly closed, light-protected container at 2-8°C. Shelf life is 12 months. Once opened, it remains stable for 30 days.
