Description

The TaqMan miRNA qPCR Kit performs PCR amplification using specific forward miRNA primers and adapter primers. Fluorescence detection is achieved with FAM‑labeled specific miRNA TaqMan probes (see Figure 1 for principle). This kit enables specific and highly sensitive detection of miRNA molecules from as few as 100 cells.
