Description

The TaqMan miRNA cDNA Synthesis Kit (Serum/Plasma) employs the poly‑A tailing method for reverse transcription. The reverse‑transcription efficiency of the poly‑A tailing method is substantially higher than that of the stem‑loop method, which greatly enhances detection sensitivity (see Figure 1 for principle).

This kit features simple operation; miRNA cDNA synthesis can be readily completed in only two steps. The synthesized cDNA is applicable for subsequent quantitative detection of all miRNAs. Following reverse transcription, PCR amplification is performed using specific forward primers and adapter primers, with FAM‑labeledTaqMan probes serving as the fluorescent reporter for quantitative measurement (see Figure 1 for principle).

The TaqMan miRNA cDNA Synthesis Kit (Serum/Plasma) is specifically designed for reverse‑transcription assays of miRNA molecules. The resulting cDNA products are intended for miRNA detection via TaqMan quantitative PCR, and are compatible exclusively with our TaqMan miRNA qPCR Kit (Cat.No.: TMM‑XXXXX).
