Description

Single Cell Sequence-Specific Amplification Kit (SCSSA Kit) is a one-step RT-PCR-based pre-amplification method, suitable for amplifying transcriptomes from single cells or low-input total RNA, facilitating the analysis of transcriptional expression differences at the single-cell level. This kit allows RNA extraction, purification, reverse transcription, and PCR pre-amplification reactions to be completed in the same tube without the need for additional steps, making it simple and efficient, while reducing experimental errors and contamination risks. In addition to single-cell applications, this kit can also be used for one-step amplification of 2-1,000 cells, with the number of pre-amplification cycles reduced according to the cell count. The resulting amplification products are suitable for any real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR analysis method.
