Description
Rhoifolin, a flavone glycoside isolated from Citrus grandis (L.) Osbeck leaves, demonstrates beneficial effects on diabetic complications by enhancing adiponectin secretion, promoting tyrosine phosphorylation of insulin receptor-β, and facilitating glucose transporter 4 (GLUT 4) translocation. Moreover, rhoifolin ameliorates titanium particle-stimulated osteolysis and attenuates osteoclastogenesis through the inhibition of RANKL-induced NF-κB and MAPK pathways.
