Description
Our company exclusively introduces a rapid RNA extraction technology that does not require the use of phenol or chloroform. On top of that, we have independently developed a genomic DNA clearing column technology that effectively removes residual gDNA. The obtained RNA typically doesn't need DNase digestion and can be directly used for reverse transcription PCR and quantitative fluorescent PCR experiments. Our unique lysis solution rapidly disrupts cells and inactivates cellular RNA enzymes. The plant RNA aid agent, PLANTaid, helps bind to polysaccharides and polyphenols and removes them via centrifugation. Following this, the lysis mixture is adjusted with ethanol for RNA binding, which is then adsorbed onto the genomic DNA clearing column. This column also captures and clears residual DNA, after which the RNA is selectively eluted and filtered. The filtered RNA, once conditioned with ethanol, selectively adheres to the silica matrix membrane inside the centrifugal column under high salt conditions. After a series of rapid wash and centrifugation steps, impurities such as cellular metabolites and proteins are removed by protein-removing liquid and wash solution. Finally, the pure RNA is eluted from the silica matrix membrane using low-salt RNase-free H2O.
