Prime SYBR Green qPCR Mix

Prime SYBR Green qPCR Mix utilizes a novel super-sensitive SYBR dye as the fluorescent dye, with the same absorption and excitation wavelengths as SYBR Green I, specifically designed for dye-based (SYBR Green I) quantitative PCR experiments. This product contains fast hot-start SP Tag DNA Polymerase, PCR Buffer, dNTPs, novel SYBR fluorescent dye, and Mg2+. It is mainly used for detecting genomic DNA target sequences or cDNA target sequences. The novel SYBR dye in this product can specifically bind to double-stranded DNA, with extremely high stability. It does not inhibit PCR reactions after freeze-thaw cycles (SYBR Green I generates PCR inhibitors after freeze-thawing). Consistent Ct values can still be obtained after 10 freeze-thaw cycles. This product contains specially modified fast hot-start SP Tag DNA Polymerase, which automatically releases the activity of fast hot-start SP Tag DNA Polymerase during the temperature ramping process, without requiring an additional high-temperature activation step. The entire PCR reaction process saves approximately 50 minutes compared to conventional hot-start PCR reactions, significantly reducing the time to obtain quantitative results. With

Description

With an efficient PCR buffer system, novel SYBR dye, and fast hot-start SP Tag DNA Polymerase, this product effectively suppresses the generation of non-specific products and primer dimers while ensuring high amplification efficiency, significantly increasing PCR efficiency and result stability. This product does not contain ROX dye. If ROX dye correction is required, it must be purchased separately.

 

Storage

Store at -20°C for 12 months, and at 4°C for 6 months.

 

Precautions

  • Before use, mix thoroughly by inverting several times. If foam appears, gently remove the bubbles, briefly centrifuge, and then use.
  • This product contains a novel SYBR dye. Strong light can cause fluorescence quenching. Please avoid strong light exposure when storing this product or preparing PCR reaction mixtures.
  • This product cannot be used for probe-based fluorescence quantitative PCR.
