Description

As a new generation of cloning method, seamless cloning technology does not rely on tedious steps such as enzyme digestion and ligation, nor does it require end polishing. Based on the recombination of 15~25 nt homologous sequences at the ends of DNA fragments and linearized vectors, it allows the insertion of DNA fragments into any site of any linear vector, with extremely low vector self-ligation background. This is a simple, fast, and efficient DNA directional cloning technology. 

Premium™ Master Assembly Mix can recombine single to multiple DNA fragments in one reaction, completing single fragment recombination in as little as 5 minutes with a positive rate higher than 95%. The mix contains auxiliary factors that effectively improve the positive rate of cloning. The optimized reaction system can tolerate certain impurities present in unpurified PCR products to some extent. The upgraded seamless cloning kit offers higher positive rates and better compatibility.
