Description
Pectolinarin, derived from Cirsium chanroenicum, exhibits anti-inflammatory properties. It effectively inhibits the secretion of IL-6 and IL-8, as well as the production of PGE2 and NO. Moreover, Pectolinarin demonstrates suppression of cell proliferation and inflammatory response, along with induction of apoptosis, achieved through inactivation of the PI3K/Akt pathway.
