Description

Oligo (dT) magnetic beads are surface covalently coupled with Oligo (dT), which can complementarily pair with the Poly A tail of eukaryotic mRNA. These beads can efficiently and rapidly isolate intact, high-purity mRNA from total eukaryotic RNA or directly from lysates of plant and animal tissues or cells. The isolated mRNA can be used in various molecular biology experiments such as RT-PCR, solid-phase cDNA library construction, RACE, Northern blotting, and more.
