Nuclease Vvn
$170.00 - $640.00
Nuclease Vvn is derived from a modified Vibrio vulnificus nuclease molecule, capable of generating random cuts on double-stranded DNA. After the cuts are made, they can be recognized and further cleaved by T7 nuclease, resulting in fragmentation of the double-stranded DNA. The resulting DNA fragments have very short overhangs with a 5' phosphate group and a 3' hydroxyl group.
