Description

NGS Endprep ProMix is a DNA end repair/A-tailing module specifically designed for library construction on the Illumina® high-throughput sequencing platform. It offers advantages of high efficiency, speed, and easy automation. This product is compatible with 1 ng-1 µg of fragmented input DNA and can perform end repair, 5' phosphorylation, and 3' A-tailing reactions in a single tube, resulting in DNA products with 5' phosphorylated ends and 3' dA overhangs. These products can be directly used in the adapter ligation reaction for library construction with Rapid Ligation Module without the need for purification.
