Description
The miRNA 1st Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit (by stem-loop) is a specialized kit for the first-strand cDNA synthesis of miRNA using the stem-loop method. It includes a genomic DNA removal step at 42°C for 2 minutes, making the procedure simple and allowing for rapid removal of genomic DNA interference. This product contains the next-generation reverse transcriptase and an optimized buffer for genomic DNA removal and reverse transcription specifically tailored for miRNA, facilitating the generation of miRNA-specific reverse transcription products.
