Description

HiFi Library Amplification Mix for NGS is an amplification reagent specifically designed for sequencing libraries. It contains HiFi DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, reaction buffer, and stabilizers, at a concentration of 2x. Simply add primers and a template to perform amplification, reducing pipetting steps and enhancing throughput and reproducibility. The added protectants ensure that the product maintains stable activity even after repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The amplification products have blunt ends.

HiFi DNA Polymerase is a next-generation ultra-high fidelity DNA polymerase engineered from a hyperthermophilic archaea. It demonstrates excellent performance across various PCR applications. This enzyme combines genetic recombination technology with unique PCR enhancing factors, significantly improving fidelity (six times that of Pfu DNA Polymerase), amplification speed, yield, and extension capability. It offers low bias and high efficiency in high-throughput sequencing library amplification.
