Description
DEAE (diethylaminoethyl) is a type of weak anion exchange magnetic bead known for its rapid magnetic response, rich ion exchange capacity, and high protein binding capability. The ion exchange ligand, diethylaminoethyl, maintains stable high protein binding capacity within a pH range of 3-12.
Compared to traditional column chromatography purification methods, DEAE magnetic beads require no pretreatment of crude protein samples (e.g., repeated and laborious centrifugation, time-consuming filtration). Additionally, there is no need to control flow rate and column pressure, nor are expensive chromatography instruments required. Experienced operators can achieve high-purity target protein extraction in a short time, easily handle multiple samples in parallel, and achieve high-throughput protein purification.
