Description

Crystal Violet Staining Solution is a commonly used staining solution for tissue or cell staining that can turn cell nuclei into a deep purple color.

Crystal violet is an alkaline dye that can bind to the DNA in cell nuclei, resulting in nuclear staining.

A 100ml package of this staining solution can stain at least 200 samples, and a 500ml package can stain at least 1000 samples.

Storage

Store at room temperature in a light-protected manner. It remains effective for at least one year.

Precaution

• Please prepare your own 4% paraformaldehyde solution. If dehydration, clearing, and mounting are required, you will also need to provide xylene, neutral mounting medium, or other mounting agents. If your samples are paraffin sections, you will need to prepare 70% and 90% ethanol, absolute ethanol, and xylene.
• For the first-time use of this kit, it is recommended to perform a preliminary experiment with 1-2 samples.
• Crystal violet is harmful to humans. Exercise caution during operation and ensure effective protective measures to prevent direct contact with the body or inhalation.
• This product is intended for use by professionals in scientific research only. It is not intended for clinical diagnosis or treatment, food or drug use, and should not be stored in regular residential areas.
• For your safety and health, please wear laboratory attire and disposable gloves during operation.
