Description
GAPDH (glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase) is a key enzyme involved in glycolysis, consisting of four 36 kDa subunits. As a housekeeping gene, it is expressed at high levels in almost all tissues and maintains relatively constant expression across different cells or tissues. Therefore, GAPDH is commonly used as a loading control in Western Blot experiments.
Our GAPDH antibody can recognize GAPDH proteins from various species, including human, rat, mouse, chicken, rabbit, sheep, and pig.
