96-Well Black Opaque Plates, also known as black enzyme immunoassay plates, are a premium high-quality consumable product series from us. They are primarily used for fluorescence analysis in experiments using fluorescence plate readers and can also be used for luminescent analysis. The main features of this product are as follows:

• This product is a black 96-well cell culture plate, with a black body, bottom, and lid. It has a flat bottom and is non-transparent, making it unsuitable for microscopic observation.
• This product is a black 96-well plate designed to absorb all refracted and reflected stray light, reducing background noise and minimizing crosstalk between wells. It is primarily used for fluorescence analysis using fluorescence plate readers and can also be used for luminescent analysis. The instrument should be set to top reading during detection.
• The dimensions of this product are 128×85.2×16.2mm, and each well has a liquid volume of 0.1-0.2ml. The effective cultivation area per well is 0.34cm².
• This product is made of high-quality imported polystyrene (PS) material using ultra-precision molds and automated production processes. Each plate is individually packaged.
• The inner surface of the wells in this product is tissue culture treated, ensuring good cell attachment and making it suitable for cell culture.
• This product is produced in a Class 100,000 cleanroom environment and undergoes gamma irradiation sterilization. It is free from DNA enzymes, RNA enzymes, pyrogens, and endotoxins.
• The plate cover of this product is designed to seal in one direction, providing a moderate fit with the plate body. It includes a condensation ring, which allows for ventilation while preventing contamination or evaporation of the culture medium.
• The wells in this product have raised edges to prevent cross-contamination between wells. Each well is labeled with alphanumeric coordinates for easy record-keeping.
• This product can be stacked to save space and is compatible with the majority of 96-well plate instruments and equipment.
