Protein Immobilization and Affinity Purification Kit

Protein Immobilization and Affinity Purification Kit, also known as the Sulfhydryl Immobilization Kit for Proteins or Sulfhydryl Immobilization Kit for Peptides, is designed to covalently immobilize peptides or proteins (including antigens and antibodies) via their sulfhydryl groups onto Iodoacetyl Agarose. This enables the specific interactions between proteins and peptides to be leveraged for affinity-based purification of target molecules. The kit is particularly effective for purifying antibodies from immune serum or culture supernatants through antigen-antibody specificity.
