Recombinant Murine MIP-3α/CCL20
CCL20, also named LARC (Liver and Activation-regulated Chemokine), is encoded by CCL20 located on chromosome 1 in mouse. The expression can be induced by LPS and some inflammatory cytokines, and it is at a high level in lymph nodes, PBL, fatal liver, fatal lung, appendix and so on. CCL20 has functions of chemotactic towards lymphocytes and dendritic cells. Recombinant Murine TARC/CCL17
Murine CCL17 also known as TARC, Small-inducible cytokine A17, Thymus and activation-regulated chemokine and SCYA17, is encoded by the CCL17 gene located on the chromosome 8. Among CC chemokine family members, CCL17 has approximately 24–29% amino acid sequence identity with RANTES, MIP-1α, MIP-1β, MCP-1, MCP-2, MCP-3 and I-309. CCL17 is a secreted protein and expressed by thymus cells constitutively and phytohemagglutinin-stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells transiently. Murine CCL12 is belonging to the CC chemokine family. It shows 66% amino acid sequence identity to human MCP-1. CCL12 has been shown to be a potent chemoattractant for monocytes and lymphocytes but not neutrophils. At high concentrations, it will also chemoattract eosinophils. Murine CCL9/10 is belonging to the CC chemokine family. It is encoded by the gene CCL9. MRP-2 (CCL9/10) was isolated from a murine macrophage cell line, RAW 264.7. MRP-2 shows a 51% sequence identity at the protein level to MRP-1 (C10) and 46% identity to MIP-1-alpha (CCL3). The functional receptor for CCL9/10 has been identified as CCR1. Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 6 (CCL6), encoded by the gene CCL6, is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family that has only been identified in rodents. Recombinant Murine Fractalkine/CX3CL1
CX3CL1 recently identified through bioinformatics is the only known member of the CX3C chemokine family and it is also commonly known under the names fractalkine (in humans) and neurotactin (in mice). Unlike other known chemokines, CX3CL1 is a type 1 membrane protein containing a chemokine domain tethered on a long mucinlike talk. The soluble form of CX3CL1 is chemotactic for T-cells and monocytes, but not for neutrophils. CX3CL1 may play a role in regulating leukocyte adhesion and migration processes at the endothelium. Chemokine (C motif) ligand (XCL1), as known as lymphotactin, is the only known member of the C-chemokine family and signals through the receptor XCR1, formally known as GPR5. The expression of lymphotactin is abundant in some activated T cells such as activated CD8+ T cells and other class I MHC restricted T cells. It is found in high levels in spleen, thymus, intestine and peripheral blood leukocytes, and at lower levels in lung, prostate gland and ovary. CXCL16 is a member of the CXC chemokine family. Larger than other chemokines, it is one of the only two transmembrane chemokines in the family and the other is CX3CL1. Mouse CXCL16 has 246a.a. and consists of a 26a.a. residue putative signal peptide, an 88a.a. residue chemokine domain, an 87a.a. residue mucin-like spacer region, a 22a.a. residue transmembrane domain, and a 23a.a. residue cytoplasmic tail. Mouse CXCL16 shares 70% sequence identity with human CXCL16 in chemokine domain. CXCL16 interacts with the chemokine receptor CXCR6, also known as Bonzo. Expression of CXCL16 is induced by the inflammatory cytokines IFN-gamma and TNF-alpha. Functions of CXCL16 include inducing a strong chemotactic response and calcium mobilization. CXCL16 also acts as a scavenger receptor on macrophages, which specifically binds to OxLDL (oxidized low density lipoprotein), suggesting that it may be involved in pathophysiology such as atherogenesis.

Recombinant Murine Lungkine/CXCL15
Mouse Lungkine/CXCL15, also named WECHE, is a member of the ELR motif-containing CXC chemokines. The cDNA of mouse Lungkine encodes a protein of 166 amino acids (aa) with a 25 aa predicted signal peptide and a 141 aa mature protein with an extremely long C terminal tail that protrudes beyond the chemokine fold. Mouse Lungkine shares 35% aa sequence identity with human ENA-78 and 31% identity with human IL-8. The gene for mouse Lungkine has been mapped to chromosome 5. By Northern blot and in situ hybridization, Lungkine transcripts are only specifically detected in the adult and fetal lung, and its expression is up-regulated under inflammatory conditions. Lungkine protein is secreted into bronchoalveolar space and is involved in lung-specific neutrophils trafficking. Studies from Lungkine knock out mice suggests that Lungkine is an important mediator of neutrophil migration from the lung parenchyma into the airspace. Lungkine is also chemotactic for bone marrow progenitor cells and modulates hematopoietic cell differentiation.
