NativePure™ Recombinant Rat IL-7 (HEK293)
Interleukin-7 (IL-7) is encoded by the IL7 gene and secreted by stromal cells in the red marrow and thymus. It binds to the IL-7 receptor, a heterodimer consisting of IL-7 receptor alpha and IL-2 receptor gamma chain. IL-7 stimulates the differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells into lymphoid progenitor cells and also stimulates proliferation of B cells, T cells and NK cells. Furthermore, IL-7 as an immunotherapy agent has been examined in many human clinical trials for various malignancies and during HIV infection. Rat IL-7 contains 129 amino acid residues and has three disulfide bonds. In addition, it has approximately 57% and 88% amino acid sequence identity with human and murine IL-7.

NativePure™ Recombinant Mouse IL-7 (HEK293)
IL-7 is encoded by the IL7 gene in mouse and secreted by stromal cells in the red marrow and thymus. It signals through the IL-7 receptor, a heterodimer consisting of IL-7 receptor alpha and common gamma chain. IL-7 stimulates the differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells into lymphoid progenitor cells and it can stimulate proliferation of B cells, T cells and NK cells. Mouse IL-7 has approximately 65% and 88% amino acid sequence identity with human and rat IL-7 and both proteins exhibit cross-species activity. IL-7 as an immunotherapy agent has been examined in many human clinical trials for various malignancies and during HIV infection.

NativePure™ Recombinant Rat IL-5 (HEK293)
IL-5 is belonging to the cytokine family and the IL-5 gene is in close proximity to the genes encoding IL-3, IL-4, and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor, which are often co-expressed in TH2 cells. Through binding to the IL-5 receptor, IL-5 stimulates B cell growth and increases immunroglobulin secretion. It is also a key mediator in eosinophil activation. Interleukin-5 has long been associated with the cause of several allergic diseases including allergic rhinitis and asthma. Rat IL-5 is a 132-amino acid (115 in human, 133 in mouse) -long TH2 cytokine that is part of the hematopoietic family. Unlike other members of this cytokine family (namely IL-3 and GM-CSF), this glycoprotein in its active form is a homodimer.

NativePure™ Recombinant Rat IL-3β (HEK293)
IL-3 is a type of biological signal which is encoded by the IL-3 gene located on chromosome 5 and produced primarily by activated T cells beside human thymic epithelial cells, activated murine mast cells, murine keratinocytes and neurons/astrocytes. The protein acts in hematopoiesis by controlling the production, differentiation, and function of 2 related white cell populations of the blood, the granulocytes and the monocytes-macrophages. It exerts its biological activities through binding to interleukin-3 receptors included α and β subunits. The Mouse IL-3 is different from human IL-3 and contains 140 amino acids residues. Specifically, mouse and human IL-3 share low homology and have not cross species activity.

NativePure™ Recombinant Rat TNF-α/TNFSF2 (HEK293)
Tumor necrosis factor alpha, also called cachectin, is the best-know member of the TNF-family, which can cause cell death. This protein is produced by neutrophils, activated lymphocytes, macrophages, NK cells, LAK cells, astrocytes endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells and some transformed cells. TNF-α occurs as a secreted, soluble form and as a membrane-anchored form, both of which are biologically active. The naturally-occurring form of TNF-α is glycosylated, but non-glycosylated recombinant TNF-α has comparable biological activity. The biologically active native form of TNF-α is reportedly a trimer. Human and mouse TNF-α show approximately 79% homology at the amino acid level and cross-reactivity between the two species.
